Incident Report Request
CFD2 will provide a copy of an incident report upon request. In accordance with State law, CFD2 charges a fee to provide copies of public records. The fee will be based on the costs incurred by CFD2 in responding to the request. Once the fee has been established, payment can be made by sending a check to: Consolidated Fire District 2, 3921 W. 63rd St, Prairie Village KS 66208, or by credit card by calling 913-432-1105.
